  If I could give them a zero, I would. Hired for bed bug removal. Saw bugs throughout the entire course of treatment and a live one on the day of the final treatment. One of the first steps to fighting these pests is to encase mattresses in bed bug proof encasements and LEAVE THEM ON. It captures any live bugs & prevents any new ones from making a home on the mattress. Well at the second treatment, the exterminator REMOVED THE COVERS and left them on the floor! In effect, he started the problem all over again. If there were live bugs on the encasements, they were now free to spread throughout the room. When contacted about it, he said it was ok to go ahead and put the encasements back on the mattress. Um. No. The bugs were potentially now on the exterior of the encasements. It rendered them useless and I had to throw away $100 worth of encasements and buy new. Claimed the bugs were exterminated throughout the series of treatments but as mentioned above, we were never more than a week without sighting one. The technician could never locate a bug and declared us bug free despite our providing evidence over and over Don't waste your money on this company folks. Hire someone that confidently and competently takes care of the problem and stands behind their work.

  I have been using ACE for decades. They've always been professional and on time. I had a fire ant issue today and called to see if someone could come out sooner than my next pest control treatment. Spoke to Yolanda and she was able to get Chris G. to come to my house within 20 minutes. They did a great job for my emergent need. My regular pest control technician is Joe Lee and he does an exceptional job as well.

  I put in a call with these guys on Oct 24 to come do the seasonal spraying at my place. It’s now November 3rd and they STILL have not even called me to setup the appointment. Blows my mind how people that operate their business like this are still in service. Disappointed and won’t use them again. Waste of time.
