  I bought a car battery and a watch battery. The guy was very helpful and kind. He installed the watch battery quickly. The car battery was a bit of a challenge. He tightened it as much as it could, but it could be lifted off with a finger. Luckily there's a mechanic near by and they pushed it all the way down and tightened it all the way. It's a bit much sometimes I think to ask someone to be a watch and car battery expert at the same time, quite different beasts. Store was clean and looked well stocked though.

  Brought in my iPhone to get the screen repaired here. When I came back to the store to pick up the phone, the replacement screen had a very noticeable green discoloration. When I pointed this out they said they would put on another screen. Upon receiving the phone with the second replacement screen, I began to notice after a day or so that the screen was very jittery and unresponsive (particularly on the top of the phone). I brought it in again and they replaced it with a third different screen. Within a few hours that screen began to experience phantom touches in the bottom right corner, causing the phone to repeatedly type "n", "m", and "b" on the keyboard. This occurred both while typing and sometimes while not even touching the phone. I've now completely given up on this store and plan on trying to get it replaced at a different Batteries Plus location. The staff was very friendly, but it's honestly unacceptable that they replaced my screen with three units that were all defective in completely different ways. Either they have serious problems with their stock of screens or their repair people are completely incompetent.
